Best Friends Animal Clinic’s on-site laboratory makes it quick and efficient to run a wide variety of diagnostic tests. In many cases, we can have the answers we need in just minutes. This means we can have a treatment plan in place before you and your pet even leave the exam room.

Imaging

When a physical exam and lab testing aren’t enough to reach a diagnosis, we turn to advanced imaging technology, such as x-rays and ultrasound. These tools allow us to examine the bones and internal organs, identifying injuries, diagnosing illness and determining its severity.

Images can be evaluated by our doctors in real-time or shared electronically with specialists if necessary.
